May 2016 update

Thank you for your patience through the past few very busy months of high demand that left us backlogged in all areas.  All Mjolnir regular orders are shipping on time again, and all regular customer services operations are caught up.  Special orders and Pulse Prime queue are shipping as completed.  We appreciate your understanding of this unique company.

Added: May 20. Customer service queues for repairs are caught up to target-approximately 6 weeks.  All other customer service issues are caught up to target 1-2 weeks.  Thank you for understanding that these are the maintained queue lengths, and that there will always be queues for Mjolnir due to its uniqueness and the fact that this is the only company on the planet with these products and are in high demand in relation to their strictly limited production.
