April 2016 schedule

The last three months have experienced much higher than normal demand. This has led to extended times in order fulfillment, client services, and email and phone support.  Demand appears to have gone back to normal levels for April, so we are catching up currently.  We thank you for your patience as you wait in queue for your turn.  We will post to the announcements here when queues are resolved and operations are on their normal, general timetable.
