As of Nov 1 2011, we are making the following changes to our warranties.

Lifetime warranty will be extended to include all glass electrodes.  This does not include accidental glass breakage, but applies to any failure to light or operate, electrode 'failure', loss of seal or gas, loosening or dislodging of endcap, for as long as you own it.
