Terms of Service

Its easy! But we still have to give you the legal agreement.

By pressing "Submit Application" button you agree with the following:

1. Websites: You can place our referral banners and links on websites  anywhere you wish.

• You can choose your banners and where to link to; main pages or individual products.

   1. Exceptions.  Posting our links or banners is Prohibited on:

• Banner farms, hit farms or link farms.
• Hate sites
• Sites depicting, simulating or promoting criminal acts.
• 'BAD Neighborhood' sites
• Sites clearly meant for non-adults

You must read the rules of the following and get permission from site owners before posting to:

• newsgroups, chat rooms, instant messaging,  message boards, counters or guestbooks

• For blogs, forums, profiles and signatures, check with the site owner/administrator for their rules before posting.

1. Emails and newsletters: You can include our referral banners and links in emails and newsletters.
   1. Exceptions:  Spam (unsolicted emails) are prohibited.

• Anyone spamming will be removed from the program with the first report of spam.  No exceptions.

1. Social networks generally permit linking, but read their TOS to be sure.  For best use, create a tiny url before posting your referral link to your social network.

1. Website Stipulations: You own and operate the website for which you are applying to promote our items.
   • The website is functioning, relevant, and suitable for promoting our items.
   • Your website is clearly meant for adults or adult interest.
2. Contact Stipulations:

• You have a working phone number
• You have a valid PayPal account or bank account, which can receive direct deposits--you will need this payment information during the application process.

1. Commission payouts

• Payouts are scheduled the 20th of every month.
• Payouts take place for Paypal when minimum $50 is accumulated.
• Payouts to bank accounts are made when minimum $100 is accumulated.
• No payouts for lesser amounts will be distributed to regular affiliates.
• Sales must be confirmed before payouts are totalled.
• We are not liable for system errors or payment processor errors that may occur off-site when your payout is rendered. Make sure your information is correct and your accounts are set up to receive.

Death and Taxes

• If you earn more than $600 in a calendar year, we are required by law to report those earnings to the IRS.
• Once you reach $400 in commissions for a calendar year, you will be required to complete a W9 form to comply with IRS reporting.
• Payouts after $400 will be held until the form is received.

1. Miscellaneous:

• Self-referrals are allowed--  Get a rebate on items you purchase for yourself or friends.
• No scripts, bots or automations.
• We can email you with information or updates.
• You can resize banners but you can not modify them without permission.
• Inactive accounts are those that receive no activity and are not logged in for a fiscal quarter.  Inactive accounts will be closed.

1. Privacy: We ADAMANTLY respect your privacy.  We will not share, distribute or exchange ANY of your personal information, for ANY reason.  This sign up is automated and we will not see your financial information except if your earnings are reported to the IRS.

1. Expansion:  This affiliate program will be limited a set number of participants, but it may be expanded to other sites.  If you do not get in to this site's program, you will be placed on top consideration for other sites.
